Screen Addiction: Reclaim Your Life Beyond the Screen
A session about digital addiction and its impact on attention, motivation, the nervous system, and quality of life. Suitable for those who feel that screens are gradually replacing reality, genuine interest, and inner stability.
Project overview
Screen addiction is not just a habit of spending too much time on a phone or computer. It is a pattern of behavior that gradually affects attention, emotional balance, sleep quality, energy levels, and the ability to stay engaged in real life.
In this session, we take an honest look at modern forms of screen addiction: endless content consumption, difficulties with concentration, the constant urge to switch attention, pornography addiction, and immersion in gaming as a way of compensating for inner deficits. Special attention is given to how digital environments affect the nervous system, motivation, and the ability to experience pleasure from real relationships, goals, and life processes.
This session is not about judgment or moralizing. It is about recognizing the problem, understanding its mechanisms, and returning to a life in which the screen no longer becomes the center of everything.
Research methodology
The work moves from recognizing the problem to understanding its concrete forms and psychological mechanisms. Participants explore how screens influence their attention, motivation, physical state, and relationship with real life.
